Selected with the most discerning traveller in mind our VVIP service showcases the very best in luxury airport services. Available regardless of ticket class, VVIP services bring the private jet style experience to guests using commercial flights

Our VVIP services are exclusive luxurious services undertaken away from the main airport terminal in a separate VIP suite.

Offering the highest level of service, while you relax in the comfort of the VIP suite, all travel formalities are taken care of on your behalf. Discrete security checks and a priority Immigration checks are all features of the VVIP service. Whether arriving or departing, travel in style with a tarmac transfer between the aircraft and the VIP suite via luxury private chauffeur driven car.

VVIP Services are available at the following locations

VVIP Arrival Service

As soon as you arrive a private chauffeured luxury vehicle will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the VIP Suite.

Guests will enjoy maximum privacy and convenience, passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint and into the VIP Suite. At certain locations Customs and Immigration may attend the VIP suite to complete all formalities one to one.

Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in the lounge area to enjoy complimentary refreshments and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities, retrieve baggage and coordinate with onwards transportation

Baggage will be brought to the VIP Suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport

VVIP Departure Service

A VIP host and a luggage porter will welcome guests as they arrive at the VIP Suite away from the hustle and bustle of the main terminal.

While relaxing in style and enjoying complimentary drinks, meals and snacks in your own private lounge area (where available), VIP hosts will take care of all baggage and check in formalities on your behalf.

VIP hosts will monitor the flight and when it is time to board ,after passing through a discreet priority security and Immigration checkpoint, you will enjoy travelling by a private chauffeured luxury car to the departure gate for priority boarding.

VIP Services

Combining elements of the VVIP service our VIP Arrival, Departure & Gate to Gate Transfer Services are enhanced above our standard meet and assist services.

VIP Services are partially undertaken within the main terminal building, some elements of the service may also be undertaken in the VIP lounge.

Guests will receive priority check-in, security and immigration assistance within the main terminal combined with executive lounge access and a tarmac transfer*.

VIP Services are available at the following locations: Bahrain, Bucharest, Burgas, Geneva, Hamburg, Innsbruck, Male Velana, Seychelles, Varna, Zurich.

Amazing experience with Fastrack VIP. All the services were arranged very promptly and to the highest standard possible. First class service

Fastrack VIP managed to redefine the travel experience and is a must. I wish I had known about them pre Covid 19, it’s a must for travel full stop!

FastTrack VIP assisted my wife and 2 young children through a 72 hr multiple stop over trip in the midst of a pandemic. The service was seamless, co-ordinated and just exemplary, never waited in a queue, wasted time filling in a form or lifted a bag. It was VVVVIP service by PPE protected special assistance staff!

All in all an impossible journey (in the best of times) became a possible trip (in the middle of Covid-19).

Excellent Service

I have used their services twice in 2017, May and November in my trip to Jakarta, Indonesia. On both trips I was greeted after I exited the plane by uniformed employees. They spoke excellent English and help me navigate through the arrival process – the longest wait was waiting for the luggage to come out on the belt. If I had traveled without luggage, I would have been outside in less than 10 minutes from exiting the plane. This service is well worth the expense. I will use them every time I return to Indonesia.
