Meet & Assist Services at St Lucia Hewanorra

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests just before entering the arrivals hall.

Guests should look for their names displayed on the sign inside the glass booth close to immigration.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where a porter will collect the luggage while guests wait in the welcome area.

Once baggage is collected guests will be escorted to the customs checkpoint.

After exiting customs, guests are connected with their onwards mode of transportation.

• The meeting point will be the entrance to immigration. The greeter will display a name sign.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
• The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
• Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point will be the kerbside drop off point.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onwards to the security check point, using the designated security fast track line.

Once air-side guests are invited to relax in style in the executive lounge, and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and refreshments before the flight.

Leaving the guests to enjoy the lounge, this is where the greeter will bid guests farewell and the service will conclude.

• Individual greeter details may not be available at this location.
• Buggies are not available at this location.

• Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
• Check in will be conducted using the quickest option available based on the guests ticketed class of travel.
• Local regulations do not permit greeters to escort guests through the security check point.
• Greeters will escort guests to the access points and rendezvous again with them after they have cleared the check point..
